Each kit includes step-by-step instructions designed to guide you confidently through the process.
Once you’ve collected the sample, register your kit on our secure patient portal. This links the sample to your child and allows you to track its progress from pickup to processing — offering transparency every step of the way.

No, no prescription is needed.
How long does it take to receive the results?
Once we have received your sample at the lab, it takes approximately 7-10 business days to complete the review and analysis.
What does Candu® do with my child’s DNA sample once it's processed?
Your child’s DNA saliva sample is strictly used to process their results. We do not keep or store the sample you provide us. Once their results are generated their saliva sample is destroyed.
